<p>L’ouvrage à poutre treillis franchit le canal de saint Quentin dont<br>les berges attirent de nombreux promeneurs. La corrosion s’est<br>généralisée, les armatures du béton armé sont apparentes, des<br>défauts d’étanchéité et une défaillance des joints de chaussée<br>apparaissent. Le pont est emplacé par un nouvel ouvrage<br>destiné aux véhicules, 2 roues et promeneurs. Deux poutres à<br>âme pleine sont lancées. Un tablier RAPL est choisi. Les culées<br>existantes sont conservées, doublées de nouveaux voiles béton.<br>Le colori corten et le béton matricé à motif végétal retiennent<br>les ombres et la lumière, tandis que les largeurs utiles, la ligne<br>continue de la main courante, les escaliers sur limons et les<br>bancs en corten sur les berges confèrent à l’ouvrage une<br>fonction inédite de pause et de convivialité.</p>

							<p>Dans un espace de 2 500m², le projet s’articule autour du parcours de l’usager au sein de la pépinière d’entreprises.<br />Création de zones d’inspirations diverses, qui cassent les codes, qui se veulent polyvalentes et modulaires : le mobilier se découvre décalé, intelligent et design, tel un totem d’identité du LLV.<br />Le lieu se veut à l’image de sa fonction : ouvert et lumineux, pour accompagner l’usager à l’effervescence de la création et de ses propres sens où les balançoires et bibliothèques géantes font écho à l’espace galet et tatami.</p>						</div>
